Processing Time

Every order is processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, delivery takes 7 to 12 days. This window starts from the ship date, not the order date, and it applies to our international shipping.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum purchase required.

International Shipping

Kelvoi ships internationally. Delivery times can vary by destination, and the 7 to 12 day window is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Track your order at kelvoi.com/apps/17TRACK. Tracking information can take a day or two to update after your order ships.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for several days, or your order has not arrived within the delivery window, email kelvoicommerce@gmail.com with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and follow up with you on next steps.

Incorrect Address

Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Kelvoi is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, email us right away and we will do our best to correct it before it ships.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
