Where We Ship

Kelvoi ships to addresses in the United States.

Processing Time

Every order is processed within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 days of purchase. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can add a day or two.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order to the lower 48 states. There is no minimum purchase. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii have a flat $12.99 shipping charge, shown at checkout before you pay. Express Insured Shipping is available at checkout for $4.99 and adds carrier insurance against loss or damage in transit.

Multiple Items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package gets its own tracking.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Track your order at kelvoi.com/apps/17TRACK. Tracking can take a day to update after your order ships.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for several days, or your order has not arrived within the delivery window, email kelvoicommerce@gmail.com with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and follow up with you on next steps.

Incorrect Address

Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Kelvoi is not responsible for orders delayed, returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, email us right away and we will do our best to correct it before it ships.
