How much does shipping cost, and how fast is it?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 7 to 12 days after that.
Where does Kelvoi ship?
Kelvoi ships internationally. Delivery generally takes 7 to 12 days once your order leaves our facility, though exact timing can vary by destination.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Enter it on our tracking page to see its current status.
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, so email kelvoicommerce@gmail.com right away if you need a change or cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
What is your return and refund policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Email kelvoicommerce@gmail.com to start a return, and once it is received, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Full details are in our refund policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?
Email kelvoicommerce@gmail.com within the 30-day return window with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review it and make it right.
How much suitcase space do the compression bags actually save?
The vacuum compression bags free up to 70% of the space in your suitcase. Pack your clothing inside, run the rechargeable USB-C pump to pull out the air, and the bag flattens down.
Does compressing clothes in the bags wrinkle them?
Compression removes air, not fabric structure, so most clothing packs and unpacks with little to no extra wrinkling. For crease-sensitive items, fold rather than roll before sealing the bag.
How long does the pump battery last, and how do I charge it?
The rechargeable USB-C pump takes about 2 hours to fully charge and handles roughly 10 to 15 bags per charge. Charge it with any USB-C cable between trips.
