How much does shipping cost, and how fast is it?
Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. Orders are processed within 1 business day and most arrive within 2 to 5 days.
Where does Kelvoi ship?
Kelvoi ships to addresses in the United States.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Enter it on our tracking page to see its current status. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
Orders are processed within 1 business day, so email kelvoicommerce@gmail.com right away if you need a change or cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
What if the KneadWrap is not for me?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email kelvoicommerce@gmail.com with your order number and we will make it right with a full refund. Full details are in our refund policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?
Email kelvoicommerce@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review it and make it right.
What does the KneadWrap feel like?
Like a pair of hands kneading your neck and shoulders. The kneading nodes rotate and switch direction every minute, and you can add gentle warmth.
How warm does the heat get?
Gently warm, not hot. The warmth comes from the kneading nodes, so you feel it where they press, and it builds over the first few minutes. It is made for comfort, not to replace a heating pad.
Is it too strong? Can I make it softer?
It is a deep, kneading massage, so start on the lowest speed. For lighter pressure, sit forward so it rests on you instead of pressing in, or lay a thin towel between you and the nodes.
Is it cordless?
No, on purpose: it runs at full power every session with no battery to die. It comes with a wall plug and a car adapter for passengers.
How long is a session?
Each session runs 15 minutes, then it switches itself off.
What comes in the box?
The KneadWrap massager, a wall adapter and a car adapter. Every order also comes with a free handheld scalp massager.
Safety notes
Do not use while driving, while asleep, or on the front of the neck. Keep sessions to 15 minutes. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before using any massager.
